READ THIS AND SEE THE DIFFERENCE...

READ THIS AND SEE THE DIFFERENCE...
The Quran (4.171) contradicts the Holy Bible, which is the word of God.

Speaking of Jesus, the Quran says, (4.171)
"O FOLLOWERS of the Gospel! Do not overstep the bounds [of truth] in your religious beliefs, [180] and do not say of God anything but the truth. The Christ Jesus, son of Mary, was but God's Apostle - [the fulfilment of] His promise which He had conveyed unto Mary - and a soul created by Him. [181] Believe, then, in God and His apostles, and do not say, "[God is] a trinity". Desist [from this assertion] for your own good. God is but One God; utterly remote is He, in His glory, from having a son: unto Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth; and none is as worthy of trust as God. - 4:171"

DLG NOTE...
* EVEN ACCORDING TO MUHAMMAD, there is a difference between the followers of the Gospel (known as Christians) and the followers of the Quran (known as Muslims).

* Believing the Gospel is not overstepping the bounds of truth.
Believing what the gospels say about Jesus is not overstepping the bounds of truth.
In fact, the gospels tell us what Jesus said about Himself, and Jesus is the truth.
To disagree with the gospels and to disagree with Jesus is to go outside of the bounds of truth, in other words, IT IS A LIE.

* Notice that Jesus is called the son of Mary (which is true), but refuses to call Him the Son of God. In fact, this Quranic verse says God does not have a son.

HOWEVER, THE NEW TESTAMENT SAYS JESUS IS THE SON OF GOD.

PETER, MATTHEW, JESUS AND THE FATHER AGREED,

Matthew 16:15-17
(15) He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?
(16) And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
(17) And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

MARK SAID,

Mark 1:1
(1) The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God;

GABRIEL, THE ANGEL, and THE HOLY SPIRIT SAID,
Luke 1:35
(35) And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.

JOHN THE APOSTLE SAID,
John 1:18
(18) No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.

John 1:34
(34) And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of God.

John 3:16-18
(16) For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
(17) For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
(18) He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

John 20:31
(31) But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.

NATHANIEL SAID and JESUS AGREED,
John 1:49-50
(49) Nathanael answered and saith unto him, Rabbi, thou art the Son of God; thou art the King of Israel.
(50) Jesus answered and said unto him, Because I said unto thee, I saw thee under the fig tree, believest thou? thou shalt see greater things than these.

JESUS SAID,
John 5:25-26
(25) Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.
(26) For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself;

John 11:4
(4) When Jesus heard that, he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby.

PAUL THE APOSTLE,
Acts 9:20
(20) And straightway he preached Christ in the synagogues, that he is the Son of God.

Romans 1:3-4
(3) Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh;
(4) And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:

Romans 5:10
(10) For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

Romans 8:32
(32) He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?

THE WRITER OF HEBREWS
Hebrews 4:14
(14) Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.

Hebrews 10:29-31
(29) Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
(30) For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.
(31) It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

AND A NUMBER OF OTHER PASSAGES.
Though it is abundantly present, I will not take the time to show that the Bible (Old and New Testaments) show that there is a Trinity, that is, One God in Three Persons, and
Jesus is not a created being, but He is eternal God, and
Jesus Christ is worthy of worship.

Islam and the Quran are false witnesses to the truth of God.
If the Jesus of the Holy Bible is not the true Jesus then there is no true Jesus. Any Jesus other than the Jesus of the Bible is an impostor or a counterfeit. You can choose to be saved by believing on Christ, but you can't be saved by choosing another Christ.
2 Corinthians 11:3-4
3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
4 For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.
