BASIC CHRISTIAN CHURCH ORDER
God chooses, calls, leads, equips, trains, and empowers men to shepherd (feed, lead, correct, protect) and manage (organize, develop, direct) His people and His church. Be sure your pastor is appointed and anointed and that he manifests Divine approval and unction, then support him, encourage him, listen to him, learn from him, follow him, obey him. This kind of pastor is dedicated to your spiritual success and your family's well being, and He speaks the truth with love and authority from God and His word.

Hebrews 13:7, 17
7 Remember them which have the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose faith follow, considering the end of their conversation.
17 Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.

If your pastor does not meet this model, then find one who does. If your pastor does meet this model, then align yourself with God's plan.
