LEARNING

LEARNING, is the way to avoid some of the disappointments that cause us to say , "Too Soon Oldt, Too Late Shmart." Learning can be through personal experience, but it is better to learn from other people. We do this by listening to those who have learned. The other person may have learned through personal experience or observation or listening or reading. In any case, it is better to learn about the pitfalls in life from another person, rather than through your own experiences.

In fact, God (Who is all knowing and all wise) has given us a book full of instruction on how to live our lives. God has also given us fellow believers (including parents and pastors), who teach us how to live our lives wisely. We can even learn some important things from those who are not Christians.

But we have to be willing to be taught.
We have to be humble to be taught.
We have to want to be taught.

However, there are those who are born smarter than anyone else and they cannot be taught anything, because they are know-it-alls. Choose not to be a know-it-all.
