LOVE (CHRIST) IS THE PANACEA FOR HATRED
Christ really is the answer to all of man's ills. Let's just consider the hate problem among men. Hatred, which leads to violence of all types, would be eliminated in a moment if every person would believe on Jesus Christ as His Savior and Lord, because the miracle of regeneration and salvation results in love from a pure heart.
1 Peter 1:22-23
(22) Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:
(23) Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which lives and abides for ever.

LOVE IS GOD WORKING IN US
1 Thessalonians 3:12-13
(12) And the Lord make you to increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all men, even as we do toward you:
(13) To the end he may establish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints.

LOVE IS IMPERATIVE
1 John 3:10-11
(10) In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever does not (do) righteousness is not of God, neither he that loves not his brother.
(11) For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.

LOVE IS THE PROOF
1 John 3:14-16
(14) We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loves not his brother abides in death.
(15) Whosoever hates his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.
(16) Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.

LOVE IS COMMANDED
1 John 3:23
(23) And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.

SO... the world can reject Christ and His word, but the only way to be rid of hatred is by surrender to Jesus Christ and obedience to His word.
