THERE ARE ENOUGH DIVISIONS, DON'T CREATE ANY MORE.
If something separates you from family (especially Christian family) or other fellow believers, make sure it is not sin within yourself. Do not allow anger, hatred, animus, callousness, darkness, selfishness, or pride into your life.

Even when sin in someone else is the culprit, go the extra mile to reach the person who castigates you.

Sadly, there are situations when you cannot bridge the gap and restore a broken relationship. Sometimes people refuse to be reached.

Still, do not be the cause of division. Love the one who is not loving you.

Make sure that any existing fissure or fracture in relationship is not because of an non-essential. Do not major in minors.

Do not allow self absorption or self promotion to destroy those for whom Christ died.

Do not allow harsh words to offend others.

Do not require others to graciously respond to ungracious words and deeds.

You may never enjoy a healed relationship, but at least you can have a clear conscience.

Hopefully, your prayers, love and grace will win even your enemy.
