The Miracle of the Birth of Jesus is followed by the miraculous new birth that changes us, transforms us from sinners into new creations; delivered from the penalty, the power and the pollution of sin into the pure and priestly people of God.

TWO RESPONSES TO JESUS
Sadly, most people want to be like Herod, who jealously guarded his throne (though he was only a figurehead king under the rule of Rome), by calling for the death of Jesus. Instead, Herod should have been like the Magi, who came to worship Jesus and after seeing Him, they followed the directives of God.
