FOR REAL?
If a person witnessed the beheading of a friend, then attended the burial, and one week later, while standing at the grave side, the earth ripped apart, spewing the casket into the air, which broke open when it hit the ground, spilling the body and the severed head, which came together and the dead person stood up and told the bye standers that the only way to escape hell and go to heaven requires them to trust in the resurrection and saving power of Christ, the non-believers would not believe.

YEP.
If a person does not accept the Holy Bible, which is God's word to us, then they will not believe, even if someone rises from the dead.

JESUS SAID...
Luke 16:27-31 (be sure to read vs. 31)
(27) Then he (the rich man in hell) said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him (the poor man in paradise) to my father's house:
(28) For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment.
(29) Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.
(30) And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent.
(31) And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.
