DON'T BUY THE LIE
I have spent 50 years preaching and teaching people the validity of trusting God and and His word. (and let me say, those who truly follow Jesus are the most satisfied, most loving, most purpose driven people anywhere).

As I try to reach out to a society that has been completely bamboozled by Satan and his liberal lie (see Bible references below) I am frustrated that I cannot even get "intelligent" people to converse. They laughed for decades at the "foolish fundamentalists," as they swallowed and were poisoned by the liberal lie, which denied the authority of God. Like everyone, they were blind to begin with, but they rejected and repudiated the light of God, until they are now held in Satan's bondage by ignorance and intolerance.

These verses should read "The Lie" because the original Greek includes the definite article and the term is referring to the specific lie of denouncing the message and authority of God.

John 8:42-45
(42) Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me.

2 Thessalonians 2:10-12
(10) And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
(11) And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
(12) That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
