FORGETTING THE CONTROVERSY, WHAT IF...
On The Field
If all things were equal, what if the Patriots showed up at the Super Bowl, and did not have a quarterback that could pass the ball? I am not saying a quarterback with less talent than Brady, I am saying one that has no ability to pass the ball at all.
What if one of the players on the front line was unable to block? If all other things were status quo with both teams, I don't think there would be any chance of the Patriots winning.

In The Church
If your church has a pastor, with at least minimal capabilities, but he does not have the team roster filled with capable players; if instead he has missing players, or people who hold positions without having any ability to do their job, then is there any wonder that the work of ministry is losing against the powers of darkness?

Winning Combination
We do not have to be a super team. Teamwork, availability to God, submission to authority, burning desire to succeed in the game of life will take a church to unimaginable heights.
